Updating tabs in the site window You can update the Files, Extras, and Designs tabs so that they reflect the actual site--that is, the contents of the root folder (Files), the site data folder (Extras), or the Designs subfolder of the site data folder (Designs). This may involve adding files to the tab, removing files, or both. Updating is useful if you have been working with files in one of these folders outside of Adobe GoLive--for example, dragging a file from the desktop to the root folder rather than dragging it into the Files tab. Similarly, if you are connected to an FTP or WebDAV server, you can update the FTP or WebDAV tabs to reflect the contents of the current directory on the server. When you update the External, Colors, or Fontsets tab, all the pages in the root folder are scanned for the corresponding objects, and any object found on a page but not listed on the tab is added to the list. Items listed but not found remain in the list.
